Cupid Spell is a dark synth pop duo created by Josh Kreuzman and Mandy Buffington from Bloomington, IN. Josh Kreuzman, the darkwave artist known as Twice Dark and Mandy decided to create a side project where they could explore themes of love, loss and mystery together. Josh and Mandy created Cupid Spell in the summer of 2025 to create a single called, Look Alike for the David Lynch Folio that honors Lynch by incorporating some of his themes from his film work, namely Twin Peaks. Cupid Spell has other tracks in the works and plans on releasing a series of singles throughout 2025 and 2026.
