Maura Walsh is a Chicago-based artist whose work dwells in the unstable terrain of memory—where tenderness and violence often occupy the same space. She is drawn to what is fractured, unfinished, and difficult to hold. Walsh earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Columbia College Chicago in 2011.
